Dr. Adams has been the superintendent of the Salem County Vocational Technical Schools for the past 35 years.Under his mentoring and tutelage, he has helped to develop eight superintendents, an assistant commissioner and college president from his leadership team.Dr. Adams is a past NJASA president, state superintendent of the year, a recipient of the AASA James R. Kilpatrick Legislative Award, has served two stints on the AASA Executive Committee and is a member of that organization’s governing board.Administrators who have served on Dr. Adams leadership team have stated that the experience is better than any theoretical and/or practical graduate level preparation they have had.In fact, some refer to their experience as “Administration 101.”Dr. Adams is available to do superintendent mentoring in the central and southern part of the state.
